Abstract風洞技術開発センターでは,感圧塗料(Pressure-sensitive paint:PSP)計測システムを大型風洞群に適用するために実用化研究を進めてきた.PSP 計測精度はPSP の特性に強く影響を受けるため,高性能PSP の開発が不可欠である.そのため,大学と協力して低温度感度ポリマーや複合PSP 等の新規PSP の研究開発を行ってきた.本レポートでは,PSP 開発概要を示すとともに,実証試験結果の一部を紹介する.
Pressure-sensitive paint (PSP) system is a useful measurement tool for acquiring overall pressure images on an aerodynamic model. The measurement accuracy was strongly sensitive to the characteristics of the PSP. The luminescent intensity of PSP depends on both pressure and temperature. Thereby, the error source due to temperature dependence of PSP must be canceled in order to improve the PSP measurement accuracy. JAXA has developed the polymer, the temperature-sensitive dye and the bi-luminophore PSP in cooperation with chemists of University. In this paper, the present JAXA research activities of the PSP and temperature-sensitive paint (TSP) were reported.
