By this system, the flow of the medium occurred in the RWV vessel was measured and the applied mechanical stress to the tissue was estimated. Combining with the special distribution of mRNA expressions of cartilage marker genes by LMD (laser microdisection) method, the relationship between mechanical stress to the tissue and its
