It is found that the blade grip has strong influence to the pressure distribution around the hub area, while the mast model increases the predicted accuracy on the fuselage surface downstream. It is also found that the existence of the fuselage model shows noticeable effect on the BVI strength. Although the complete complicated rotating details of the rotor hub are difficult to be included in the CFD geometry models, above simplified geometry models can deliver quite satisfactory prediction
