AbstractAs for us, microwave irradiation investigates effects on growth of the plants. By the past experiment result, as for the vegetable which receive the microwave irradiation, growth was promoted. We examined the factor of growth stimulation of vegetable. Soil environment participates in this factor. Therefore, we examined the association between microwave irradiation and soil environment by this experiment. The detected bacteria were genus bacillus, gram positive bacilli and actinomyces. The number of these bacteria did not have significant difference with microwave irradiation by result of this experiment.
