This is the intermediate report of long duration test to identify the thruster failure modes to shift the endurance test and to evaluate the relation between thrust performance and grid hole diameter distribution. We carried out the grid hole diameter distribution measurement with respect to an accelerator grid using the A3 size flat-head scanner. Comparing the status of 2000 hours operation, the aperture ratio of the accelerator grid was changed 17% to 20%. Propellant utilization efficiency was slightly decreased from 76% to 70% with 530mA operation. The 10 to 15% increment of hole diameter around the outer gas ports was observed.
