| 抄録 | CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is applied to aerospace structures because of superior properties, e.g. weight reduction, high strength, high stiffness and corrosion resistance. Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd, has developed a low-cost CFRP, 'KMS-6115', and applied it to several commercial aircraft structures. This paper describes the background of material development and the approach of application to commercial aircraft.
炭素繊維系複合材料(CFRP: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)は、軽量・高強度・高剛性という特性に加え、耐食性に優れているなどの利点があり、航空宇宙分野を中心に適用が拡大しつつある。本稿では、当社が開発した低コストかつ高性能な炭素繊維系複合材料「KMS-6115」の開発までの経緯および実機への適用例について述べる。 |
