AbstractThe experimental study on thermocapillary convection in the Half-Zone Liquid Bridge of low Prandtl number fluid was carried out. The Half-Zone Liquid Bridge of molten tin was used as test configuration. In order to detect the minute temperature fluctuation at second critical point, the temperature measurement system was improved. The behavior just after the onset of oscillatory convection was clarified.
