AbstractIn order to establish fundamental fluid handling under microgravity conditions, the control of wetting and surface tension is an essential technique. The existence of similarities between microgravity and micro-scale is a well-known fact. In this experiment, in order to manipulate fluid, apparent wetting was controlled by dielectrophoresis force.
