| 抄録 | Microbial diversity is a key element in the search of useful new microbial secondary metabolites. In this aim, microorganism strains (actinomycetes and fungi) isolated from Zairian (Africa) soil samples for antimicrobial, antiviral and antitumor activities were screened. About one third of these strains exhibited positive biological activities with remarkable prevalence of antitumor as well as antiviral activities.
新しい生物活性2次代謝産物検索においては、対象微生物の多様性が決め手となるが、抗細菌、抗ウイルス、抗腫よう活性物質単離のため、ザイール土壌試料より放線菌、真菌の抗生物質産生菌をスクリーニングした。検索した株の約1/3に抗腫よう、抗ウイルス活性を確認した。 |
