| 内容記述 | There has been significant progress in the crystalline solar cell area in the past two years that has rejuvenated interest in the high efficiency devices for terrestrial photovoltaic systems. The most significant developments have been in the crystalline solar cell area, but progress in the III-V area has also been recorded. A review of terrestrial crystalline cell research is presented along with a description of future research directions. |
