| 抄録 | 技術試験衛星Ⅷ型（ETS－Ⅷ）は日本で初めて原子時計を搭載した衛星で、宇宙航空研究開発機構（JAXA）、及び情報通信研究機構 （NICT）は衛星測位の基盤技術の修得を目的に、衛星測位技術の基礎実験を行った。 NICTは、ETS－Ⅷに高精度時刻比較装置（TCE）を搭載し、衛星－地上間時刻比較実験を行った。 高精度時刻比較のためには電離圏遅延量の推定を行う必要があり、電離圏遅延量絶対値を利用して、高精度時刻比較実験を行ったので報告する。 |
