抄録 | The following conclusions were obtained as a result of the study. 1) By adding electrodes made of various materials to the layers, the distribution of the secondary electrons could be made to agree with the distribution of the amount of ionization of the air, and the energy characteristics of the vacuum ionization chamber could be improved. 2) A verification test confirmed the validity of the electrode design using EGS4. |
