| 抄録 | The gamma-ray response functions of the He-3 proportional counter for energy range from 20 keV to 1.333 MeV were calculated by the EGS4 (Electron Gamma Shower version 4). The calculated results showed good agreements with measured pulse height distributions. The estimated gamma-ray detection efficiency of the counter by the EGS4 also showed good agreements with measurements.
20keVから1.333MeVまでのエネルギー範囲に対するHe-3比例計数管のγ線応答関数をEGS4(Electron Gamma Shower version 4)を使って計算した。計算結果はパルス波高分布測定値とよく一致した。EGS4を使った計数管のγ線検出効率推定値も測定値とよく一致した。 |
