| 抄録 | Labeling of antibodies, Immunoglobulin G (IgG), with a multitracer was investigated. The labeling procedure consists of two steps: conjugation of Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic-Acid (DTPA) cyclic dianhydride with IgG and subsequent labeling with the multitracer. The biodistribution of Immunoglobulin G (IgG) labeled with a multitracer in normal mice was investigated. The metabolism of eleven metal ions (Co, Zn, Sc, Y, Ce, Eu, Gd, Yb, Lu, Zr, and Hf) incorporated into (DTPA)-conjugated IgG in different organs was studied. The relation between the distribution and the stability of metal-DTPA complexes is discussed.
抗体の免疫グロブリンG(IgG)にマルチトレーサで標識を付けて調べた。標識法は、まずジエチレントリアミン5酢酸(DTPA)環状2無水物とIgGの結合と、それに続くマルチトレーサによる標識の2段階からなる。マルチトレーサで標識したIgGの生体内分布を、正常マウスで調べた。DTPA-結合IgGに混ぜた11種の金属イオン(Co, Zn, Sc, Y, Ce, Eu, Gd, Yb, Lu, Zr, Hf) の代謝を、様々な器官において研究した。金属-DTPA複合体の分布と安定性の関係を論じた。 |
