| 抄録 | This report describes the branch unification of the Akeno Giant Air Shower Array (AGASA). In the first stage of the experiment, the AGASA was divided into four branches and data were acquired at each branch independently. Recently a unified data acquisition system for the whole area has been developed. A test system for joining two branches has been in stable operation since December, 1994. Operation of the fully unified system will start this summer.
このレポートでは、明野巨大空気シャワー観測装置(AGASA)の支所統合について説明する。実験の第1段階では、AGASAは4つの支所に分割されていて、独立にデータを収集していた。最近、全領域にわたる統合的データ収集システムを開発した。2つの支所を結合するテスト・システムは、1994年12月以来、安定に稼動している。完全な統合システムが、この夏からスタートする。 |
