| 内容記述 | Commensurate and incommensurate modulation in protein crystals remain terra incognita for crystallographers. While small molecule crystallographers have successfully wrestled with this type of structure, no modulated macromolecular structures have been determined to date. In this work, methods and strategies have been developed to collect and analyze data from modulated macromolecular crystals. Preliminary data using these methods are presented for a semi-crystalline state of profilin:actin. |
