| 抄録 | This report describes the design and calibration of button-type pickup-electrodes, which have been incorporated in the Beam Position Monitoring (BPM) system at SOR-RING. The BPM system that has been developed as an R&D (Research and Development) for a third-generation VUV (Vacuum Ultraviolet Rays) synchrotron light source is aimed at testing the key components of the system, PIN (Positive Intrinsic Negative) diode switches. This system is also aimed at measuring the beam position of SOR-RING and correcting it. In addition, ion-clearing electrodes installed in the ring are briefly described.
SOR(シンクロトロン放射)リングにおけるビーム位置モニタリング(BPM)システムに組込まれたボタン型ピックアップ電極の設計と校正について記述した。第3世代VUV(真空紫外)シンクロトロン光源に対する研究、開発として開発されたBPMシステムは、システムのキー成分であるPINダイオードスイッチを検証することを目的としている。このリングに取付けたイオンクリアリング電極についても簡単に言及した。 |
