抄録 | The secondary electron yields for copper, copper-plated stainless steel, and ceramic windows, materials used in the couplers for KEKB superconducting cavities, have been measured. It is shown that electron bombardment is effective in decreasing the secondary electron yield (SEY) of the metal surfaces, and the TiN coating and window fabrication processes influence the SEY of the ceramic window. |
