| 内容記述 | An approximation to the Maxwell-Semiconductor Bloch equations is solved for the transverse modes of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers. A finite-difference algorithm will be used to calculate the detailed time evolution of the transverse mode profiles of VCSELs. Effects of pumping current and refractive index profiles will be investigated. |
