内容記述 | The effect of an inert phase on neck growth rates during sintering of lamellar structures is described. Sintering diagrams are constructed for an aggregate of two-phase Cu spheres with lamellar microstructure containing an inert phase. It is shown that the regions corresponding to lattice diffusion domination shrink due to the inert phase presence. As the dispersion becomes finer, the alterations in the map become substantial. |
