抄録 | This article introduces the algorithm of ensemble atomic time. A more stable time scale than each component atomic clock can be made by calculating the weighted average of each clock. This calculation method is not the only one but the optimum algorithm changes to meet the research purposes and situations. The ALGOS(BIPM) and AT1(NIST) are introduced as the representative algorithms. ALGOS(BIPM) is for TAI (International Atomic Time) which has an excellent long-term stability, and AT1 (NIST) is for AT1 time-scale at NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) which is a real-time time scale. Also described are the algorithm of UTC (CRL) and some improvements of it. |
