内容記述 | The results of a study of the systems concept of the Pinhole/Occulter Facility (PDF) to fly on the Shuttle as a Spacelab payload are reported. In particular, attention is given to the POF configuration and structural/mechanical concepts; POF payload structural concept development; POF payload new baseline configuration; POF pointing requirements and the Spacelab Instrument Pointing System capabilities and limitations; and pointing control implementation approach. The discussion also covers POF command and data management system configuration; POF processor software assessment; and thermal design concept. |
