Design addresses thermal integration of fuel cell and water electrolyzer in regenerative fuel-cell system. System configuration provides thermal integration with single coolant loop. Configuration does not have thermal limitations associated with trying to transfer heat between two coolant loops. Design less complex and more reliable than prior designs. Adaptable to standalone power systems in conjunction with solar panels for remote-area applications. |
