| 抄録 | The time and frequency standard system in Japan, which has been evolved in a complex way, is not always consistent and has complicated problems. In this paper, the historical changes in the legal system of time and frequency standard in Japan is reviewed for reference of future management of time and frequency standard system in Japan.
日本の時間・周波数標準制度は複雑な経緯をたどってきており、必ずしも一元的に定められているとは言えず、複雑な問題を抱えている。ここでは日本の時間・周波数標準の法制度の変遷を振り返り、将来の日本の時間・周波数制度を運用していく上の参考とする。 |
