抄録 | Recently a series of experiments have been started to develop non-invasive electron beam diagnostics based diffraction radiation at KEK-ATF. First stage experiment is to investigate of Optical Diffraction Radiation from a single slit. A measurement system has been installed at KEK-ATF. To verify accuracy of the measurement system, angular distribution of well-known optical transition radiation was measured, which is close to diffraction radiation's nature. In this paper, the measurement system and some preliminary results of the OTR measurement will be shown. |
