| 抄録 | Results of extensive studies on recombination pumped He-like soft X-ray lasers are presented. Population inversions between the 4-3 and 3-2 levels of He-like Al are observed, and amplification is demonstrated for the 3(1)D-2(1)P line of He-like N. The cause of systematic error in gain measurements is also identified, and the effects of using non-pure targets on gain is investigated.
再結合ポンプHe様軟X線レーザに関する広範囲の研究結果を提示した。He様Alの4-3準位と3-2準位の間の反転分布を観測して、He様Nの3(1)D-2(1)P線に対する増幅作用を示した。また、利得測定における系統的誤差の原因を確認して、利得に及ぼす不純なターゲット使用の影響を調べた。 |
