| 抄録 | It is important to produce a stable low temperature environment for further improvements in operational performance of superconducting tunnel junction (STJ) photon detectors. An operation test system for STJ particle detectors in the temperature region below 500 mK has been developed by the use of a compact 3He-4He dilution refrigerator at Kyushu University. A preliminary experiment was carried out for an Nb-based STJ in the temperature range from 80 to 200 mK to check the temperature stability, noise sources and signal transmission characteristics in the dilution refrigerator STJ test system. |
