内容記述A calibrating apparatus intended to verify the validity of the methodology employed for the determination of aerodynamic cross and cross-coupling moment derivatives has been developed and successfully tested. It has so far been used in the cases of pitching, yawing and plunging oscillation and is soon to be utilized to verify the approach employed in the determination of cross derivatives due to rolling. The apparatus is based on the substitution of generally unpredictable aerodynamic moments by accurately known electromagnetically induced ones that can then be used to verify the correctness of the methods used for the determination of derivatives.
