| 内容記述 | Cumulus cloud tracking based on short-interval GOES satellite imagery provided a representation of the low-level wind fields existing prior to the outbreak of severe thunderstorms. Through use of the satellite-derived winds and surface mixing ratios, moisture convergence fields were estimated. The effect of the spatial distribution of trackable clouds on the computed dynamic fields was also investigated. |
