抄録 | A new method to analyze strain for moire interference fringe is proposed based on local frequency analysis by the continuous wavelet transform. Conventional methods are characterized by the phase extraction of fringe patterns, that express contour map of in-plane displacements. To analyze strain from the phase data by these methods, phase unwrapping and numerical differentiation must be conducted. The method proposed in this paper allows the elimination of these processes and facilitates completely automated analysis. The advantages of this method are shown by comparing the results with ones by the conventional phase based analysis. |
