閉鎖・隔離環境下における心理要素の研究 4:越冬中における不安感について

Abstract

In this report, existence and level of anxiety in wintering-over syndrome was measured by Anxiety Sensitivity Index (ASI). Subjects were wintering-over members from 32nd wintering party to 34th wintering party. Questions of ASI were separated into two types, fear of the Consequences of anxiety (CON) and fear of physical Sensation (SEN). The level of anxiety was extremely low in members of each wintering party and the result differed from that obtained in interview. It is because evaluation was significantly different depending on the situation that the same content is questioned in positive sentence or negative sentence. It should be necessary to select a question written in positive form or in negative form for psychological test.

越冬症候群の中から不安感の存在とその程度について、ASI(不安感尺度)を用いて測定し、検討した。被験者は第32次から第34次までの越冬隊隊員である。ASIの質問はfear of the consequences of anxietyとfear of physical Sensation(SEN)に分かれている。今回の結果ではいずれの越冬隊においても不安感は非常に低かったが、これは面接で得た結果とは異なる。この原因として、同一内容が肯定的に問われる場合と、否定的に問われる場合で評価に有意な差があることが考えられる。心理テストの実施には肯定的な文章で問いかけるか否定的な文章で問いかけるかを配慮する必要がある。
