抄録 | Modulators for induction accelerator cells which have recently been developed at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) for high energy physics applications, radiography, and heavy ion fusion will be presented. Heavy ion fusion presents the most challenging requirements for modulator technology. These requirements include agile waveform control, high peak power, high reliability, long lifetime, and low cost. |
