| 抄録 | The field of calibration is changing greatly due to the internationalization of industry. Previously only Japanese law was considered, but now it is necessary to internationalize Calibration Reports. In this paper, the current trends in Global Mutual Recognition Arrangement (Global MRA) and the traceability of international standards and ISO/IEC 17025 are explained. It is then reported on how the work is affected by these trends.
近年の産業や商取引の国際化に伴い、校正業務のあり方が大きく変貌している。これまでは国内法、主に電波法に基づいて行っていた校正業務が、国際的な計量標準を意識したものとなってきている。本稿では、国際相互承認とトレーサビリティという題目で、近年の校正業務を通じた計量標準における国際相互承認の流れと標準のトレーサビリティ、それを保証するためのISO/IEC 17025についての解説と、これらに対応した通信総合研究所の取組について解説する。 |
