| 内容記述 | The infrared spectroscopic observations of the comet C/1995 O1 (Hale-Bopp), in April and September-October 1996, are summarized. High resolution spectra were obtained with the long and short wavelength spectrometers of the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO). The results showed that the dust in this comet contains crystalline silicates. The dust of Hale-Bopp is rather similar to that observed in the circumstellar disks of Vega-type stars. |
