| 抄録 | Femtosecond lasers currently show much promise as potential sources of choice in a number of laser micro machining applications, including biomedicine, photonics, and semiconductors. The statues of micromachining with femtosecond pulse is reviewed for a variety of materials and comparison made with other solid-state laser. An outlook for developments in this area is presented. |
