| 内容記述 | The targeted killing policy by the U.S. government as part of its counterterrorism strategy has become a new political issue in the United States. The driving force behind the new mode of warfare, called the Predator drone warfare, that makes targeted killing possible is the existence of drones supported by remarkable technological innovation. The purpose of this article is to clarify problems with U.S. targeted killing by drones and thereby to consider what lies ahead for this new military policy. |
