内容記述 | Concentrator photovoltaics with low solar concentration are affected by diffused normal irradiance. We installed outdoor measurement equipment of spectral-splitting photovoltaic system with low condensing lens. From the outdoor measurement results, we determined the relational expression of diffused rays and JSC of InGaP solar cell and GaAs solar cell. The impact of diffused irradiance is quantitatively evaluated in this paper. |
