内容記述 | The pH sensing plays an important role for several kinds of the detection of bio-organism and enzymatic reaction. The pH sensors have been widely used for bio sensing devices such as DNA sequencers, enzyme biosensor, and immune sensors. Although major types of pH detection methods are well-known: namely pH imaging using fluorescence probe, optical fiber based-pH sensing, and potentiometric pH detection, the potentiometric measurement has some advantages due to its simplicity of fabrication and operation, compared with other kinds of detection techniques. Furthermore, it is obvious that the pH sensor combined with the wireless communication module becomes more useful for practical applications. In this research, we fabricated theneedle-type Ir/IrOx pH sensor with a diameter of 300μm by oxidizing Ir wire at 750°C for 4 hours. |
