抄録 | The extreme ultra violet (EUV) optical transitions of lanthanide highly charged ions have been observed in LHD plasmas as one of the NIFS collaborative research projects. The structure of unresolved transition array (UTA) from the inter sub-shell transitions in N-shell open ions has been investigated theoretically to facilitate their comparison to the data. Atomic structures and optical transition rates have been calculated by using GRASP92 and RATIP including the interactions between the configurations 4p5 4d(sup w+1) and 4p6 4d(sup w-1)4f in the excited states with w = 2 to 9. |
