救急・災害時医療活動への対応を志向した薬学教育の実践

Abstract

千葉科学大学では、千葉大学、城西国際大学と協働し、救急医療、災害医療に関連する2つの薬学系演習科目を開講している。「救急・災害薬学演習」は、救急室(ER)や集中治療室(ICU)において薬剤師が業務を行う際に必要となるバイタルサイン収集やフィジカルアセスメント技能、輸液療法の薬学的管理などを学ぶ内容である。「災害時チーム医療演習」は、薬剤師が災害現場や事故現場に遭遇した際の初期対応、一次救命処置(BLS)、トリアージ、救急隊への情報伝達を学ぶ内容である。これらの演習の概要について報告する。

We are offering two pharmaceutical practice courses related to emergency and disaster medical care at Chiba Institute of Science in cooperation with Chiba University and Josai International University. ''Advanced Pharmacy Practice in Emergency and Disaster Medicine'' is contents to learn vital signs, physical assessment skills, pharmacological management of fluid infusion therapy, etc., which are necessary for pharmacists to conduct clinical work in emergency room (ER) or intensive care unit (ICU). ''Advanced Practice in Multidisciplinary Team Working for Disaster Medicine'' is contents to learn about initial response to victims, basic life support (BLS), triage, and communication skills with emergency services when a pharmacist encounters disaster or accident scene. We will report the outline of these practice courses.
